I’ll create a  training program for you that encompasses every aspect of your mental and physical health and incorporates exercise, nutrition and mindset coaching to ensure that you get the best possible results for your efforts.

Mindset Coaching

Your mindset is not only the single most important factor in determining whether or not you reach your health and fitness goals, it’s the key to your happiness and success in every aspect of your life!

You’ll learn how to cultivate and maintain a positive growth mindset to ensure that your thoughts cultivate and maintain the belief that you can change and grow through consistent effort and hard work, because you can!

You’ll learn how to constantly look for ways to improve, how to create new habits and how to maintain a healthy sense of self esteem and self respect and I’ll be there to listen, support, encourage, educate and empower you every step of the way!

Fully Supervised Weight Training Sessions

Weight training is at the heart of all my programs because it’s by far the most beneficial overall form of exercise. I love weight training!

Weights are not only the best tools for changing your physique and increasing your strength, they’re great for improving your ability to perform simple everyday tasks from carrying the shopping up the stairs to mowing the lawn.  There are numerous other well documented health benefits too, both physical and mental, ranging from improved bone density to increased confidence and self esteem.

You’ll get great results in the gym by learning how to perform exercises both safely and effectively! My passion for weight training is contagious and I can guarantee you’ll have fun and enjoy your workouts!

Personalised Nutritional Recommendations 

There is an overwhelming amount of confusing and often contradictory nutritional information available but you’ll be happy to hear that at the end of the day nutrition is not rocket science and you really can eat your favourite foods and still look and feel great!

I’ll educate you and provide you with a simple, easy to follow, personalised nutritional plan using sane, sensible and scientifically proven dietary strategies that actually work so you can understand nutrition once and for all!

You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it and how much of it to eat to ensure that you not only look great but that your nutrition program is effective, practical and sustainable!

24/7 WApp and Email Support

Whatever you need and whenever you need it  I’ll be there to listen, encourage, support, motivate, educate and empower you!

I aim to answer everything within 24 hours but as I answer everything personally occasionally it may take me a little while longer!
